Job Description

Job Summary:
A reliable and detail-oriented Admin and Bookkeeping Associate to join our team in Angeles City, Pampanga. This role involves 80% administrative support and 20% basic bookkeeping tasks. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in administrative work and a basic understanding of bookkeeping or accounting fundamentals.

Key Responsibilities:
•Administrative Duties (80%)
•Provide general administrative support to office operations and management.
•Handle scheduling, calendar management, and coordination of meetings.
•Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
•Answer and direct phone calls and emails professionally.
•Prepare and draft reports, letters, and documentation.
•Order office supplies and manage inventory.
•Assist in employee onboarding paperwork and document filing.
•Support in coordinating office activities and small events.
•Bookkeeping Support (20%)
•Perform basic data entry of financial transactions.
•Assist in recording and organizing receipts, invoices, and expense reports.
•Support with simple reconciliations and accounts tracking.
•Work with the accountant or finance officer to ensure accurate records.
•Maintain basic financial logs and assist in monthly reporting preparation.

Qualifications:

•At least 1 year of administrative experience.
•Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or understanding of accounting fundamentals.
•Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
•Experience with accounting tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) is a plus.
•Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
•Good attention to detail and accuracy.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Willing to work onsite in Angeles City, Pampanga.
