Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a BS in Business Administration or related course
Strong organizational and communication skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Analytical, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
Team player with a professional attitude
OJT Responsibilities:
Assist in administrative and operational tasks
Help prepare reports, presentations, and internal documents
Support HR, Finance, or Operations teams as needed
Participate in meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items
Conduct basic research and data entry tasks
Learn how business units coordinate and collaborate
