Job Responsibilities: -The agent handles different tasks related to processing documents and keeping records for customer accounts. -Entering, editing, recording, sorting, and summarizing data and documents. -Answering and resolving customer inquiries, providing accurate information as needed. Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints with professionalism and efficiency, escalating when necessary for quick resolution.
• Accurately update and maintain customer records and order details in the system.
• Stay up to date on company policies, services, and procedures to provide accurate and helpful information.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.

What We’re Looking For:

• High school graduates or equivalent (college undergraduates welcome).
