Job Description
• Develop and execute the company's financial strategy
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Manage financial reporting, audits, and compliance
• Oversee cash flow, investments, and capital structure
• Partner with CEO and board on strategic initiatives
• Lead finance team and strengthen internal controls.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA preferred)
At least 5 years of senior financial leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and strategic planning
• Proven track record in fundraising, cost control, and financial reporting
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• Willing to be assigned in Padre Garcia, Batangas
