* With at least 1 year work experience in IT related works and provide technical assistance in hardware and software users.

Job Description
1. Provide technical support to end-users for hardware and software issues.
2. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
3. Monitor and maintain network performance and security.
4. Assist in the deployment and management of servers, databases, and cloud services.
5. Conduct regular system backups and recovery operations.
6. Maintain accurate documentation of IT processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
7. Collaborate with others on projects and initiatives.
8. Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.
