Job Description

• Support recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations.
• Administer HR policies and ensure consistent application across departments.
• Assist with performance management and employee development programs.
• Investigate employee complaints and provide guidance on conflict resolution.
• Coordinate training and development programs, with emphasis on labor law awareness.
• Support or lead labor negotiations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary actions.
• Serve as the primary HR contact for labor relations matters, ensuring a positive and compliant working relationship.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation related to labor issues and negotiations.
• Creating employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval and initiating activities.
• Generating HR-related data and report preparation and analysis.
• Acting as the subject-matter expert in terms of HR operations inquiry.
Salary:
₱25,000.00 Monthly
