- Handle the request for cash advance reimbursement and other requests for payment
- Handle the day to day record for paid in cash advances and reimbursement to the accounting System
- Ensure to send a message to the concern employees for fund transfer
- Ensure to answer all the inquiries regarding to the petty cash
- Make sure to monitor the Unliquidated Cash Advance and make it will be liquidated
