Quality Control/Quality Assurance Staff

Qualifications:
*Education
 Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree (preferred for specialized industries, e.g., engineering, industrial technology,
or quality management)

*Skills and Knowledge
 At least minimum of 1 year experience in QA/QC inspection.
 With auditing or product compliance experience is an advantage but not required.
 Knowledge of industry standards (ISO, Product Quality Standard) is a plus.
 Proficiency in measuring tools & equipment (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.) is preferred.
 Strong attention to detail for defect identification and quality verification.
 Problem-solving skills to address defects or inconsistencies.
 Communication skills to document findings and report to teams.

NOTE:
Work Hours: 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) for all employees
Candidate Preference: Preferably from provinces outside of Bulacan
Work Schedule:
Office-Based Roles: Morning shift
Production Roles: Shifting schedule
Salary: Based on the candidate’s asking rate / expected salary
