We are seeking an experienced Accounting Head to oversee all financial functions of the organization including budgeting, payroll, reporting, and compliance. This leadership role involves managing the accounting team, coordinating with internal departments and external partners, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all financial data.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related Business course
• CPA is an advantage but not required
• 5–10 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or leadership position
• Knowledge of tax laws, compliance, and BIR reporting
• Proficient in financial management, budgeting, and forecasting
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
• Strong attention to detail, integrity, and team mentoring capabilities

₱70,000 – ₱75,000
