Finance Specialist

We are looking for leaders who demonstrate accuracy, attention to detail, has strong organization skills, and integrity. Someone who can understand the operations of different teams, secure accounting policies and procedures, and set internal controls for clear accountability.

Responsibilities include the following and may contribute to other aspects of work:
• Keeps the business on track with day to day accounting functions
• Records data accurately and promptly
• Reviews and generates reports for sales collected, inflow and outflow of products and materials inventory, and purchases
• Reconciles any discrepancies that may reflect on the reports and come up with solutions to improve existing systems
• Coordinates with cross-functional teams to have a holistic and better understanding of operations
• Innovates process solutions to ensure efficiency, and maintains internal controls for compliance
• Performs audits through routine checks of standards practiced and physical inventory counts

Qualifications:
• Preferably 2011 to 2020 graduates of Accountancy, Business Management, Business Administration, Business Administration and Accountancy, Business Economics, Management Engineering, Mathematics, Legal Management, and Management Information Systems are likely candidates
• Must be a trustworthy leader with strong commitment to being organized, accurate, and meeting deadlines
• A critical thinker and proactive problem solver, who cares about people and has passion for excellence
• Can relate well with different kinds of people, and take on work with high integrity and a positive outlook
