ESL Trainer

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and passionate ESL Trainer for Teachers to design and deliver English language training programs specifically for educators. This role focuses on enhancing teachers' English communication skills, both spoken and written, to improve classroom instruction, professional communication, and career development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct needs assessments to identify the English language proficiency levels of teachers.
• Design customized ESL training modules with a focus on academic, pedagogical, and professional English.
• Deliver interactive and practical training sessions to groups of teachers, both in-person and online.
• Emphasize English usage in classroom contexts, including lesson planning, student engagement, and subject-specific terminology.
• Support teachers in improving pronunciation, fluency, grammar, and confidence in English communication.
• Monitor progress through assessments, feedback sessions, and reporting.
• Provide resources and guidance for self-paced learning and continued improvement.
• Stay updated with trends in ELT (English Language Teaching) and teacher development.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Applied Linguistics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 2–3 years of ESL teaching experience, preferably with adult learners or educators.
• Strong understanding of educational pedagogy and terminology.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt content for diverse educational backgrounds and subject areas.
• Experience in teacher training or professional development is a plus.
