Job Description
We are looking for highly driven and results-oriented sales professionals to join our team as Non-Voice Sales Representatives. This is a purely onsite role, focused on converting leads and closing sales through written communication channels such as chat and email—no calls involved.
Key Responsibilities:
Convert leads and close sales through persuasive writing via chat or email
Manage a growing sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
Respond to product/service inquiries and provide excellent written customer support
Accurately document interactions and follow up on sales opportunities
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a smooth customer experience
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of solid sales experience (BPO or non-BPO)
Excellent written communication and sales negotiation skills
Highly motivated, competitive, and target-driven
Must be amenable to work onsite at eBloc 2, IT Park, Cebu
Can start on or before July 7, 2025
