Job Description

Job Summary:
The Distributor Sales Supervisor is responsible for achieving sales, distribution, penetration, and collection targets within a designated coverage area. This role requires strong leadership, field execution, and coordination to ensure high-quality service and consistent trade development. The Supervisor will manage and develop existing accounts while actively identifying and opening new business opportunities. Additionally, the role involves close coordination with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business and other related courses.
- With at least 2 years of experience in handling FMCG distributor sales team.
- Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
- With motorcycle and valid driver’s license.
- Willing to do field work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of sales representatives and/or distributors within the assigned territory
- Achieve and exceed sales, distribution, coverage, and collection targets
- Ensure quality execution of sales plans and promotional activities in the field
- Regularly visit existing accounts to maintain strong business relationships and address any service issues
- Identify and open new accounts to expand market coverage and increase sales penetration
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products to customers
- Monitor trade inventories and ensure product availability across all key outlets
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement
- Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions with team members
