Job Description:
We are seeking a Customer Support Associate to join our growing BPO team in Ayala Avenue, Makati. This role is ideal for individuals with at least 6 months of customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will be responsible for assisting clients via voice or non-voice channels, resolving inquiries, and ensuring satisfaction with every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
2. Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer concerns and issues
3. Maintain customer satisfaction by providing excellent service at all times
4. Follow company guidelines and procedures on customer handling and issue resolution
5. Document customer interactions in internal systems with accuracy and detail
6. Escalate unresolved concerns to the appropriate departments or supervisors
7. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics (AHT, CSAT, QA)

Qualifications:
- At least 6 months BPO experience in customer service or a related role
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with 100% accuracy
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Amenable to work onsite in Ayala Ave., Makati
- Willing to work in shifting schedules including weekends and holidays
