Your Role:
As an Order Processing Officer, you will:
-Be doing Sales admin & processing
-Processing primarily independent orders & select B2B orders, including sending invoice and processing payments for prepaid (shared function)
-Allocating stock for independent & some major retailers
-Credit/returns processing
-Where required day-to-day contact for independent retailers, sales agents
-Add hoc sales admin requests as time permits
What You Need:
Non-negotiables
-Sales support/ order entry experience with consumer goods
-Understanding and experience of inventory management systems – Netsuite would be ideal but not mandatory
-Effective time management skills and the ability to multi-task
-Computer literate in MS Excel, Outlook
Preferred skills/expertise
Prior Sales Admin/ Data Entry or Inventory Mgmgt experience
