Job Description
Starting Salary: Php 16,000
Job Responsibilities:
• Communicate with the sales team to understand consumer demands and offer sales support when necessary
• Support customer inquiries by fielding calls and providing information and problem-solving to client satisfaction
• Develop design alternatives when necessary and clearly communicate reasons for them
• Prioritize and multitask during high volume periods while maintaining customer parameters
• Continuously communicate with the team to resolve customer needs and proactively manage workload
• Propose final buy and competitive pricing to customers
• Secure orders, guarantee product standards, and assure timely delivery
• Establish customer rapport and acceptance
• Help clients solve problems with product usage
• Generate initial cost estimates for client inquiries in a timely manner
Needed Skills:
• No issues with domestic and regional traveling
• Good communication skills
• Able to handle pressure situations professionally
• Board passer, preferably a graduate of Civil or Mechanical Engineering
• Good technical understanding of engineering drawings and metal fabrication
• Sales/Marketing experience in the steel industry is a big advantage
• Fresh graduates with excellent credentials are encouraged to apply
• Able to speak Bisaya
