Job Description
HR ASSISTANT – MOA PASAY
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree Graduate
• Experience as HR Assistant (preferred)
• Can start ASAP
• Can work onsite (MOA Pasay)
Job Responsibilities:
• Assist with day-to-day HR operations and duties
• Process documentation and prepare reports related to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.)
• Orient new employees to the organization
• Prepare new employee files and maintain current HR files and databases
• Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.) and take minutes
• Solve problems promptly by identifying issues and implementing resolutions
Personal Qualities:
• Patient
• Hardworking
• Fast learner
• Honest and trustworthy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Fast computer typing skills (MS Office in particular)
• Basic knowledge of labor laws
• Work experience is an advantage
