Job Description
Location: Sto. Tomas, Batangas
Salary: Negotiable
Job Requirements:
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Administrative Management, Business Administration, or related fields
• Solid professional knowledge foundation
Work Experience:
• At least 2 years in Admin/HR roles
• Preferably with experience in companies under PEZA jurisdiction in the Philippines
• Familiarity with PEZA policies and license application processes
Personal Qualities:
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Strong organizational skills and team spirit
• Able to effectively handle internal and external relationships
• Strong learning ability and quick adaptability to company development and business changes
