Job Description
Work Schedule:
Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: Negotiable
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration majoring in Marketing or equivalent
• Proven experience as Business Manager or in a relevant role
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Experience conducting feasibility studies
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development
• Good knowledge of research methods and data analysis techniques
• Ability to analyze company procedures for improvements
• Real estate experience is a must
