Job Description

Job Description:
• Establish and implement Quality Assurance systems to ensure compliance with customer specifications and regulatory requirements
• Lead the QA department in achieving its goals and performance targets
• Supervise and oversee the day-to-day activities of the Quality Assurance team
• Recommend and initiate changes or improvements to elevate the quality performance of the organization
• Ensure continuous quality improvement and alignment with industry best practices
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering (BS ECE) or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a manufacturing environment
• Must have at least 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control
• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of QA systems, standards, and methodologies
