Job Description
• Minimum of 3+ years of relevant admin and marketing experience
● Associate or Bachelors degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
● General computer literacy and typing skills.
● Proficiency in online tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and Sheets
● Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and internal teams
● Ability to work independently and make decisions while following company policies
● High attention to detail and accuracy in processing
● Excellent organizational and time management skills.
● Confidence in direct communication with clients and customers.
● Self-motivation and the ability to work independently with complex procedures and guidelines.
● Willingness to learn new tools and processes
● Must have own laptop or PC
● Reliable, Min 50MBP level internet is required plus a backup, and proof must be provided
● Reliable headset and webcam
● Dedicated worksafe, workspace
● Productivity Software will need to be used and adhered to
● Secure On touch, login software will be used and adhered to
Highly Regarded:
● Experience with e-commerce platforms eg. Shopify
● Familiarity with email marketing platforms like Klaviyo
● Understanding of digital marketing tools, including SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and

20,000 (Clark, Pampanga)

WORK SCHEDULE:
Monday - Friday, 7AM - 4PM
