Position: Spanish IT Service Desk Specialist

Requirements:
• Filipino can speak, read and write Spanish Language
• Spanish National proficient in English with permanent visa
• Open for Graduates and Undergraduates in College (At Least 2 yrs.)
• With 2-3 years experience as a Service Desk or Technical Support

Responsibilities:
• Monitor and support the internal clients for the technical related concern
• Responsible in translating the issues, request and concern using technical tools
• Assist inquiries such as troubleshooting through call or email
• Investigate and resolve problems in the company’s systems and services
• Participate in managing the development of internal support services.
• Receive and process requests/issues
