Job Description
-Assist in posting job advertisements on internal and external platforms.
-Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job criteria.
-Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with applicants.
-Assist in preparing interview guides, tests, and assessment forms.
-Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparation of pre-employment requirements and -orientation schedules.
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (201 files), both physical and digital.
-Encode, update, and maintain HRIS or other tracking systems for attendance, leaves, and employee data.
-Support in filing documents, generating reports, and preparing records for audits and compliance purposes.
-Assist in collecting and consolidating daily time records (DTR) and verifying attendance discrepancies.
-Coordinate with Payroll and Accounting for timely submission of payroll-related documents.
-Help manage leave applications and ensure proper documentation is filed.
-Support the planning and implementation of employee engagement activities and events.
-Assist in employee communications, surveys, and wellness programs.
-Coordinate logistical needs for training, seminars, and company events.
-Assist in processing statutory benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and company-sponsored benefits (HMO, allowances, etc.).
-Help respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits, employment verification, and other HR services
-Monitor contract expiry, renewals, and probationary evaluations in coordination with HR supervisors.
-Assist in the enforcement of HR policies, guidelines, and code of conduct.
-Help with the implementation and documentation of HR-related compliance tasks including DOLE reports.
-Support initiatives related to occupational health and safety, diversity, and employee relations.
-Draft memos, correspondence, certificates, and HR-related forms as needed.
-Manage inventory of HR office supplies and coordinate procurement as necessary.
-Perform other related duties as may be assigned by the HR Manager or Department Head.
-Flexibly undertake additional responsibilities as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to organizational success.
