Job Description

We’re looking for a creative and brand-focused Packaging Designer to join our team in Manila. This role is perfect for someone with strong visual instincts and a passion for creating packaging that stands out on the shelf. You’ll play a key role in developing original concepts, shaping brand presence, and bringing ideas to life across a range of formats — particularly in the FMCG and food sectors.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop original, on-brand packaging concepts that are visually striking and commercially effective
• Turn creative briefs into compelling designs that align with brand positioning and target market
• Collaborate with the wider creative team to bring storytelling and identity into packaging
• Design across a variety of formats — from everyday retail packs to limited editions and campaign-based packaging
• Contribute fresh thinking, mood boards, sketches, and ideas in early concept phases
• Explore color, typography, illustration, and layout to elevate brand expression through packaging
• Adapt and extend core packaging design across product ranges while maintaining consistency

Skills & Qualifications
• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, or similar
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in packaging design, ideally in FMCG or food brands
• Strong eye for layout, typography, and brand storytelling
• Highly proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Confident working independently and managing multiple projects
• Strong attention to detail with a creative mindset

Requirements
• Must have a strong portfolio showcasing packaging design
– FMCG and food packaging examples are essential
• Applications without a portfolio will not proceed to interview
Nice to Have
• Experience in 3D mockups or visualization tools (e.g. Adobe Dimension, Blender)
• Broader creative skills such as digital design, social media graphics, or campaign-based visuals
• Interest in branding, illustration, or motion graphics
