Job Description
Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests through email in a timely and professional manner.
· Compose and send a personalized email to a member who has submitted abuse complaints about other users on the website, ensuring clear communication and support throughout the process.
· Ensuring all email correspondence is documented.
· Review all submitted contents by the customers.
· Determine if the contents submitted are in adherence with the guidelines of the website.
· Approving, denying or editing user-generated content such as profile, comments, replies and post before it gets posted on the website.
Job Qualifications:
SHS Graduate, Fresh Graduate/Undergrad.
Willing to work on shifting schedule.
Willing to work on-site in BGC, Taguig.
