> College graduate—preferably Nursing, Psychology, Mass Communications, or Education
> Minimum of 2 years as Training Manager in the BPO Industry.
> Experience with administering Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
> Managed process trainers, Assistant Manager, and Lead Assistant Managers
