Job Description
Location: Pasig (Hybrid – 3x onsite/week)
Schedule: Dayshift
Setup: 2-month contract (possible extension)
Requirements:
— Graduate of a 4-year IT/related course
— 2+ years of QA experience in both Automation and Performance Testing
— Strong knowledge in web, mobile, and client-server systems
— Deep understanding of SDLC and software QA best practices
— Skilled in test planning, defect tracking, and performance metrics
— Able to work independently, solve problems efficiently, and deliver results
— Excellent communication skills and business understanding
Key Responsibilities:
— Prepare QA, test automation, and performance testing plans
— Conduct end-to-end software testing across multiple platforms
— Estimate test efforts and provide timelines
— Identify issues, manage defects, and suggest corrective actions
— Analyze and report performance and quality metrics
— Collaborate with developers and stakeholders on test strategies
— Recommend process improvements and ensure test compliance
