Job Description
We’re looking for a hungry, innovative, and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to join our mission-oriented team at our company. In this high-impact role, you’ll be the architect of our growth engine, leading creative acquisition strategies to help us achieve a bold target of 20,000 new user sign-ups — all on a lean advertising budget.
This is more than a traditional marketing role. You’ll need to think like a growth hacker, operate like a performance marketer, and execute like a startup founder. If you’re excited by building scalable growth systems from scratch, testing new channels, and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible with limited resources, we want to hear from you.
Tasks required:
Design and execute high-leverage, low-cost acquisition strategies that drive sustainable user growth.
Implement A/B tests and funnel experiments to increase conversion at every stage.
Identify, test, and optimize diverse acquisition channels:
Content Marketing & SEO: Build and scale organic traffic through high-value content.
Community Building & Social Media: Grow an engaged following on key platforms.
Affiliate & Partner Marketing: Develop relationships with influencers, partners, and affinity groups.
Referral Programs: Launch and iterate on viral referral loops.
Email Marketing: Build and segment lists; create drip campaigns that drive conversion.
PR & Media Outreach: Generate organic buzz via press mentions and thought leadership.
Analyze campaign data, user behavior, and conversion funnels to refine strategy.
Use tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude to track KPIs and derive actionable insights.
Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and leadership to align growth efforts with product roadmap and company goals.
Keep tabs on market trends, consumer behavior, and the competitive landscape in fintech and proptech.
Identify whitespace opportunities and recommend strategic pivots.
