- Job Responsibilities: -The agent handles different tasks related to processing documents and keeping records for customer accounts. -Entering, editing, recording, sorting, and summarizing data and documents. -Answering and resolving customer inquiries, providing accurate information as needed. Job Responsibilities:
• Assist customers by addressing their inquiries, concerns, and complaints through multiple communication channels with professionalism and accuracy.
• Provide clear, helpful, and timely information about products, services, and policies.
• Maintain and update customer records in the system to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver excellent customer service and meet performance goals.
What We’re Looking For:
• High school graduates (or equivalent) are welcome; college undergraduates encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience is a plus but not required—we’re happy to train motivated learners!
