Job Description

Responsibilities:
-Provide real-time interpretation support during automotive training sessions.
-Facilitate in-class interpretation between Japanese instructors and Filipino students to ensure effective communication and learning.
-Translate educational materials, technical documents, and training content from Japanese to English or Tagalog (and vice versa).
-Assist in lesson preparation, including the translation of PowerPoint presentations and handouts.
-Support instructors as a teaching assistant to ensure smooth class operations, including organizing class materials, translating exams, and assisting during practical sessions.

Qualifications:
-Minimum of 2 years of professional interpretation experience, preferably in the automotive or technical training field.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge cultural and language gaps.
-Proficiency in Japanese with JLPT N1 or N2 certification.
-Ability to translate accurately and effectively between Japanese, English, and Tagalog.
-Experience working in a multicultural training environment is an advantage.
