Job Description
1) Provide friendly, courteous and efficient service to customers
2) Follow proper work ethics especially on attendance, proper uniform and teamwork
3) Ensure that product received from warehouse-in-charge is properly accounted to minimize discrepancies and inventory shortages
4) Maintain complete sets of necessary documents; official receipt, cash and charge invoices, etc.
5) Cell phones must be in good working condition to ensure efficiency in communication system
6) Soliciting of credible new accounts
7) Awareness to price increases, decreases and merchandise promotions from time to time
8) Secure and safeguard all collections under custody by day to day remittance of collections to office
9) Strict adherence to the company’s credit policy
10) Have product liquidation on time to recon shortages immediately
11) Prepare accurate and orderly sales report
12) Perform all other task that may be assigned by your superior from time to time
