• Experience as a barista, especially with matcha or tea-based drinks
• Friendly and customer-focused attitude
• Attention to detail in drink preparation
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Ability to work well in a team
• Quick learner and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills
• Passion for wellness and matcha
• Experience handling cash and using a POS system
