Job Description

Responsibilities
 Handle the overall ServiceNow ITSM application support - maintenance & enhancements.
 Gather and analyze user requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
 Develop and maintain ServiceNow scripts, business rules, workflows, and configuration elements
to support process automation and integration
 Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow platform issues, providing timely support to end-users.
 Contribute to documentation of technical designs, development processes, and user guides to
facilitate knowledge sharing and training.

Qualifications
 Bachelor’s degree holder
 At least 5 years of relevant working experience or working in a similar role.
 Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML.
 Has track record designing and implementing ITSM solutions, including understanding of ITIL
processes.
 Proven ITSM certification is a plus (ITIL Foundation, ServiceNow related, CompTIA A++)
 Experience in using Washington releases and uses recent versions of Servicenow
