Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Employee Engagement
Sets clear objectives and develops targeted engagement initiatives and programs to achieve those goals, aligning with the company’s values, such as Spiritual and character buildings, Teambuilding, Family programs, Christmas Party, Summer outings, and any other programs, Engages strategies to address the unique needs of individual employees or groups by attending Manager’s L10 meetings, Conducts HR L10 meetings, Conducts interviews and Employee Engagement Evaluation Surveys

Compliance Management
Stays up to date with labor laws, regulations, and company policies to ensure legal compliance by
attending DOLE training, Ensures adherence to safety regulations, labor laws, and contractual obligations, Ensures correct documentation and permits are in place for workers, Handles employee relations issues, such as grievances or dispute

Payroll Management
Generates and checks payroll, Maintains, and Updates Payroll Records, Checks and Reviews Employees's Compensation

Policies and Procedures Development
Writes clear, concise, and actionable policy documents that align with the company’s goals, values, and legal requirements, Structures policies, memos, and announcements in a way that they are easy to understand and implement by all employees

Employee Record Management
Maintains and updates managers’ records accurately such as personal information, job details, and performance history in their respective 201 files, Safeguards and updates records of compensation structures and job levels, prepares Job
descriptions and collaborates with the managers, prepares employment contracts, prepares and updates re-class forms, notice for promotions.

Conflict Resolutions
Resolves interpersonal and team conflicts, ensuring a collaborative work environment, Addresses workplace disputes through mediation, and provides support for employees in resolving grievances, Foster a positive workplace culture and open communication channels

Performance Evaluation
Monitors and assesses employee performance and provides feedback, Sets clear performance expectations and goals for employees, Conducts regular performance reviews and feedback sessions, Implements corrective actions for underperformance, and recognizes achievements.

Recruitment and Staffing
Creates and Posts Job Openings using platforms such as Joblins, Facebook, and other relevant job boards or social media channels, Updates and monitors job listings, Screens Resumes, Schedules Candidates through Email or text messages, Interviews, Screens Candidates, Offers Management and Negotiations by sending Job offers via email, Onboards and Orients the New Employees

₱45,000.00 Monthly
