Job Description
We are looking for dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives for our Banking and Financial Services (BFS) account.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions related to banking or financial services.
• Resolve inquiries regarding account transactions, loan or mortgage status, and brokerage information.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate information and resolving concerns in a timely manner.
• Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality and compliance in handling financial data.
• Work effectively within a team in a shifting schedule setup.
Qualifications:
• High School/ Senior High Graduate/ At least 2nd year College completed
• At least 6 months of experience in a finance-related account (e.g., banking, mortgage, or brokerage)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a shifting schedule
• Amenable to work on-site
