Job Description

Requirements:
- Candidate must have a Bachelor’s/College degree preferably of Business course
- With at least 2 years working experience
- Ensures that the implementation and monitoring of the company’s existing Operations Standard
Procedures sustained efficiently
- Have strong administration and organization skill, ability to prioritize and multi-task

Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls professionally and courteously.
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
Maintain contact lists and manage correspondence.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Develop and maintain an efficient filing system.
Order office supplies and research new suppliers.
Provide general support to visitors and clients.
Handle sensitive information confidentially and discreetly.
Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
Coordinate office procedures and resolve administrative issues promptly.
