We're Hiring: Recruitment Admin
Location: BGC
Work Setup: Hybrid | 8x month | Dayshift
Qualifications:
At least 3 years work experience with recruitment.
Background in HR, recruitment, or administrative roles is preferred.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficient in using recruitment systems, job boards, and MS Office tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Recruiting Business Partners in various recruitment tasks such as sourcing, job postings, interview scheduling, and exam administration.
Manage and track pre-employment requirements and background check processes.
Coordinate closely with the Recruitment Services team for interview scheduling and job posting updates.
Assist in managing recruitment channels, including university hiring, internships, employee referrals, and vendor partnerships.
Handle administrative tasks such as processing recruitment-related invoices and generating reports.
Respond to recruitment inquiries through designated channels (e.g., general mailbox).
Perform other recruitment-related duties as assigned by the Recruitment Manager.
