Job Description
Documentation
Verification of completion and validity of documentary requirements for filing.
Registry of approved membership applicants.
Organize routing of documents for processing.
Monitoring and Record Keeping
Updates Members profile.
Records members concerns.
Monitoring of documents and certificates for issuance to members.
Monitors membership supplies, collaterals and other concerns.
Coordination
Receive members concerns and coordinate it with the department head.
Contact members or any important advisories or announcements.
Coordinates “Monthly Sales and Marketing Membership Retention Plan”
Sales of Facilities to Non Members
Sell the club as a sports and banquet event venue
Receive and accommodate inquiries event venue
Set sales/clients meetings for presentation
Event Coordination
Handles banquet reservation / booking (schedules)
Coordinate with client requirements.
Coordinate with club operations, concessionaires, contractors, etc. for client requirement
Coordinate and ensure Club function rooms are clean and tidy at all time.
Administrative
Attends management and staff meetings.
Prepares reports on a regular basis or as required.
Prepares event contract proposals that are properly costed by Accounting Department
Encodes report
Other Task
Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Position Requirements:
Education
· Graduate of Marketing/ Management/ Hospitality or any related course/s
Work Experience
· At least 6 months in the related field
Skills and Competencies
· Detail and solution oriented.
· Planning and organizing skills.
· High level of interpersonal and communication skills
· Manage to operate Microsoft office application (MS Excel/ MS Word/ Powerpoint)
