Job Description
Oversee daily manufacturing operations and ensure production targets are met efficiently. This includes coordinating multiple functions, monitoring quality and safety standards, and supporting plant sanitation. Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills are key to this role.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Set efficiency targets to produce high-quality goods
• Support and implement food safety and sanitation protocols
• Monitor raw materials, in-process items, and finished goods for quality and GMP compliance
• Supervise equipment setup and clean-up for smooth operations
• Schedule and communicate production timelines to the team
• Lead and guide production staff to ensure productivity and team development
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, production operations, or similar settings
• Experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity is an advantage
