Job Description
The Internal Audit Manager will plan, conduct, and oversee internal audits to ensure sound financial controls and compliance within the organization. This role includes evaluating company policies, assessing risks, managing audit cycles, and recommending improvements to enhance governance and risk management. The manager will also ensure adherence to food safety standards (cGMP), maintain audit documentation, and report findings to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and schedule audits, assess risks, and develop audit plans
• Conduct full audit cycles, including preparing reports and findings
• Analyze data to identify risks and control issues
• Maintain comprehensive audit records and follow-up systems
• Recommend policy revisions to improve controls and governance
• Develop and update internal audit procedures/manuals
• Monitor implementation of audit recommendations
• Conduct follow-up and investigative audits as needed
• Support finance leadership in annual risk-based audit planning
• Stay updated on accounting, auditing standards, and regulatory changes
• Ensure compliance with cGMP and food safety standards

Qualifications:
• Accounting graduate and Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Advanced computer skills with proficiency in Excel, SAP, and audit software
• Strong work ethic, dependable, positive attitude, self-motivated, team-oriented, flexible, and an effective communicator
• Physically and mentally fit to meet job demands

Salary Range: ₱60,000 – ₱90,000/month
