Job Description

Job Specifications:
· Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business/Management/Administration, Accountancy, Math, Engineering (Industrial), Information Technology, Computer Science, Logistics/Transportation or equivalent
· With Experience in Warehouse Operations (Sup Level)
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Great attention to detail
· Ability to analyze problems and come up with solutions using statistical methods
· With High Integrity
· Expert user in MS Excel
· Strong analytical skills

Job Duties:
· Support Warehouse and Transport Manager on day-to-day Task
· Receive and inspect incoming shipments.
· Schedule cycle counts and inventory.
· Schedule shipments and plan logistics to ensure that there is sufficient storage space for incoming items and staff on hand to manage receipt.
· Keep files of goods shipped and received by preparing regular shipping and receiving reports.
· Obtain and process product orders, including receiving deliveries, registering them, and stocking them within the Warehouse bin locations.
· Maintain safety procedures within the warehouse
· Implementation of operational standards
· Ensuring the KPI's are met

3 years experience in Warehouse.
