JOB REQUIREMENT:
Bachelor's Degree holder
At least 3 years of working experience in clinical operations.

At least 1 year in a managerial role.
Knowledge in medical coding
Certificate is an advantage

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
oversees and manages a team of five to six team leaders, with an indirect responsibility of 80 to 100 full-time employees.
To guarantee precision, adherence, and effectiveness, keep an eye on everyday clinical operations.
Create and put into effect policies and processes that support organizational objectives and industry standards.
Work together with the billing, coding, and AR departments to address problems with clinical documentation.
Verify adherence to legal standards.
Conduct audits of clinical documentation.
Examine important performance indicators and pinpoint areas where the process needs to be improved.
Put initiatives into place to improve workflows and the quality of clinical documentation.
To meet documentation demands, collaborate closely with clients, clinical staff, and doctors.
Act as the main contact for questions pertaining to clinical operations.
Create reports on a regular basis.
Inform top management of your findings and suggestions.
