Job Description
Sales Support and Order Management – Assist in processing customer orders, including preparation of sales
quotations and follow up on customer inquiries to facilitate the sales process. Coordinate with customers and
internal departments to manage orders, track deliveries, and monitor payments.
Administrative and Coordination Tasks – Organize and maintain sales and marketing files, schedule and
coordinate meetings, and events related to sales and marketing activities, and support the sales team by
creating and/or submitting documentation as required.
Customer Relationship Management – Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other
communication channels, providing timely and accurate information. Maintain and update customer
databases, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
Marketing Support – Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and facebook
page management. Coordinate promotional activities, including exhibits, webinars, and other events.
Qualifications:
*Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Technology, Engineering or a related field.
*Skills & Knowledge
Understanding various types of wires and cables, including their specifications, applications, and compliance
standards is an advantage.
Previous experience in the same industry position is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, Word.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
