Tube Bender

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CNC Tube Bender to join our production team. As a Tube Bender, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC tube bending machinery to fabricate high-quality tube components for various industrial applications. This role involves interpreting blueprints, setting up machines, and ensuring the final product meets all specifications and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in machine operation, particularly in hydraulic press, mechanical press, or CNC machinery.

- Operate and set up CNC tube bending machines to bend, cut, and shape tubes according to engineering specifications and customer requirements.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders to determine specifications for tube bending operations.
- Adjust machine settings, such as angle, speed, and pressure, to ensure accurate and consistent results.
Monitor the operation of the machine during production to identify any issues and make necessary adjustments.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC tube bending machines and related equipment.
Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely completion of production goals.
- Document production outputs and assist with inventory control as needed.
