Position: Assistant Manager
Company Industry: Manufacturing Company for Aircon
Location: Cavite
Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:00 am - 5:00 pm)
Salary: Php45,000 - Php65,000 gross

Job Responsibilities:
✔Oversee daily operations and manage a team to ensure smooth and efficient processes within the sales department.
✔Lead and support technical selling efforts, assisting the sales team with product knowledge and customer presentations.
✔Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.
✔Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing strategies to meet or exceed targets.
✔Provide coaching and development opportunities for team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Job Requirements:
✔A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, with a Board Passer/Licensed Engineer status considered a plus.
✔Years of work experience in sales, preferably in a technical selling role in the manufacturing or service-oriented industry.
✔Strong technical knowledge and understanding of products/services in a manufacturing or service-based context.
✔Willingness to work in Brgy. Poblacion, Davao City, and the ability to start immediately.
✔Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with a proven track record of meeting sales goals.
