About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Chat Support team at Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions', where you will be providing exceptional customer service to clients in the Telco industry. As a CHAT SUPPORT - Telco Account representative, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This full-time role will be based in Makati City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing
Respond to customer inquiries via chat and provide efficient, accurate, and friendly support
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner
Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and follow up as needed
Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and provide feedback to the team
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards

What we're looking for
Previous experience in customer service or call center roles—ideally in the Telco industry—is preferred, but we are still open to applicants with no BPO experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on providing efficient resolutions
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively
Strong computer skills and familiarity with various software and systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
