Job Description

Telemarketing (More a "Sales" role than "CS" role)
Job responsibilities:
Communicate with potential customers by phone to promote the company's online gaming platform and related services.
Develop new players and activate old players based on the customer resources and corresponding promotional activities provided by the company.
Regularly visit customers, maintain Customer relationship, improve customer loyalty;
Achieve sales targets and provide feedback for improvement based on market demand.
Assist in completing other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job requirements
Educational requirements: University degree is preferred;
Language skills: Proficient in Tagalog and English, with excellent communication and expression skills;
Experience requirements: Telemarketing experience is a must. Online gaming platform or call center related work experience is preferred;
Technical skills: Proficient in using work software, familiar with CRM system is preferred;
Personal traits: Love sales work, proactive, strong ability to withstand pressure and teamwork spirit;
Goal-oriented: Strong learning ability, able to quickly master new knowledge, and brave enough to challenge high salaries.
Salary:
