Apanese Payroll HRO Team Leader/Manager

We’re hiring a Japanese Payroll HRO Team Leader/Manager professional with 3–4+ years of solid experience in Japanese Payroll HRO. Must have strong knowledge of compensation and benefits, and hands-on experience with tools like SAP HR, PeopleSoft, or Oracle in a Japanese bilingual account.

Requirements:

3–4+ years in Japanese Payroll HRO

1+ year using payroll systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)

Temp WFH setup (onsite during training)

Can start ASAP

Salary: P150K to P180K
