Job Summary:
We’re hiring for non-voice accounts. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates and career shifters looking to build a long-term career in the call center/customer service industry.

Responsibilities:

- Handle non-voice tasks such as data entry, email handling, and transaction processing
- Coordinate shipping and logistics documentation
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer and partner information
- Support internal teams with reporting and logistics updates

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or related field
- No experience required – fresh grads are welcome!
- Excellent written communication skills
- Analytical and detail-oriented
- Amenable to work onsite
- Willing to work day shifts, night shifts, and graveyard shifts

Working Conditions:

- Office-based
- 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday
- Computer-based tasks in a quiet environment
