Job Description
Provides support in Benefits administration, such as:
o Management of employees’ SSS filings for Sickness and Maternity claims.
o Facilitates the HMO enrollment and notification of the employee’s HMO member code.
o Assist in providing LO for employees who will undergo ECU
o Assist in renaming of 201 file.
o Initiate request on shipment of documents like HMO card (upon request of employee), COE (original document), APE results.
o Assist in billings preparation and payments.
o Handles the shared mailbox of Total Rewards Operations to answer requests from external parties.
Qualifications
· Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree
· Minimum 1 year of solid experience in HR
· Familiar with government-related benefits and filings
· Proficient in MS Office applications such as MS Word and MS Excel
· Excellent communication skills
· Highly analytical
